06/11/2007: Forza 2: Progress22 Acura

05/15/2007: Star Wars: Jedi Deception
We finally finished up Star Wars: Jedi Deception a couple weeks ago. We uploaded the movie to the Atom Films Star Wars Fan Film Challenge the day before the cut off but it is still listed as pending and the voting has started. Still, they are suggesting that fan films still be uploaded for the next challenge so maybe we can get in for next time.

01/28/2006: Another New Year, Another Update
Well, it is 2006 and you might be wondering what we here at Progress22 Films have been up to (and if Marc's marraige lasted). Yes, he's still married. As you may know we finsihed up Felix Culpa in September. What you may not know is that we have been secretly working on another film. We at Progress22 also suffer from peer pressure and decided that we too should make a Star Wars fan film. Basically, after people saw Tony's saber effects in Briefcase of Dreams everyone wanted to dress up like a Jedi and kick each other's ass. So we worked up a script from an idea Marc had had a long time ago (ok Marc worked up a script from an idea Marc had a long time ago) and we shot over the summer. It has been edited together and is in Tony's hands for effects and Chris Schmitt's hands for sound design while Marc, Chris Bono and I still need to record dialogue replacement (the cars on the highway nearby would be a dead give away). I'll have a site up for it soon (by which I probably mean April).

09/27/2005: Felix Culpa is Finished!
You heard it here first, Felix Culpa has finally been finished.

06/30/2005: Marraige, Movies, and Lightsabers
So Marc got married on Sunday (the 26th) and is currently on his honeymoon thingy. The reception was movie themed and folks dressed up as their favorite characters. Marc was Batman and I was, somehow, Spongebob. Anyway Marc's new brother-in-law hounded me to put up the Briefcase of Dreams video with lightsaber effects in it. Rather than make Tony put redo the effects in the whole video I've put up just the part he did. Enjoy!

06/10/2005: We Interupt This Website...
To bring you this important message:

So sometime back we talked about 10 minutes with progress22, and then nothing happened with it. And then we actually filmed the first 10 minutes with progress22, and still nothing happened with it. Now something has happened to it, and let me tell you folks, it isn’t 10 minutes long. Never the less here it is in all it’s non 10 minute glory. Enjoy.

Marc L. Rissmann

We now return you to your regularly scheduled website, already in progress.

04/01/2005: Let the Bidding War Begin.
At this point in time I'm not allowed to say exactly who is involved, but two major players in the entertainment industry have become interested in Progress22 Films. What exactly does that mean? They want everything, "Foretoken, Be Dogged, and Dead", "Felix Culpa"(which is very close to being done), our future project "Mouse 2005" and various other scripts that Marc has been working on over the years.

Love your job?
So do we.
Come witness the comic fables of the folks at Progress22.
